My sister just called from the theatre. roof caved, inside gutted, brick walls bulging from fire and water damage - looks like it might collapse soon. the firefighters said if it doesn’t fall on it’s own they’ll have to bulldoze it. i’m kinda sick inside about it…

I think you’re safe there—hooray for a massive housing downturn.
The fact that Gameday Condos makes most of their money renting out 1BR condos as hotel rooms tells me there isn’t really a booming market for condos in Athens right now.
